You know, that scene always made me laugh because when Dorothy asks Glinda if she's a bad witch, she says "Oh no... bad witches are ugly!" which should have caused Dorothy to ask, "So, b-witch, why did you ask ME if I was a good witch or a bad witch? You callin' me ugly?"
I know. It's just a movie.
