The "Hello, Michele Sent Me" Meet 'N' Greet

It is a weekend thing....and yes my weekend does start early.

Thank you to the wonderful people who play multiple times, each of you are guilty of spreading lots of comment cheer - hugs from me.

Spread the Comment Cheer.

The site of the day: the person above you and then you.

How to play:

  • Leave a comment here that says hello.
  • Now, go visit the person who commented above you, leave a comment on their site that includes  the oft-repeated tagline: Hello, Michele sent me.

Please play along.

Note to the first person commenting: simply say hello to me.

And YES, of course you are invited to play often. As you already know, I encourage that sort of thing. However,  please allow at least five people to play before you comment again.

You Know Who You Are, Please Read This

There is a little game I post every week called the Weekend Meet n' Greet, many of  you are familiar  with it,  in fact, many of you participate in it. It seems like an easy game, or at least I hope it is.  There are only two rules and most people find them rather simple. The first rule: leave a comment  that says hello.  Everyone understands that rule,  there has never been any confusion  and  everyone  "gets it."  The  second  rule, and I quote myself : "now, go visit the person who commented above you, leave a comment on their site that includes  the oft-repeated tagline: Hello, Michele sent me."  Most people also understand this rule, after all  it really is not that difficult to understand. For those people who "get it" (the majority of you) there is really no need to read any further. Please, continue as  you were, and know that your participation is truly appreciated, by me and the many others who also participate.

Now, for  those who do not "get it" or simply think that silly rules don't apply to them, please read on....

Random Midday Poll

Which would  you prefer? Your choice. Majority rules.

  1. A Weekend Meet n' Greet that is a very extended six day version, to include both the Canadian and American holidays.
  2. The traditional three day version with regular posting on Monday and Tuesday.
  3. A non-traditional tell-all post that will reveal all about Michele Agnew.
  4. It doesn't matter. After all it is your blog and  we all know that there is no way in hell that number three will happen.

Yes,  your opinion does count.  Yes, I will actually count comments so that majority rules. Yes, we have already determined what my counting skills are like. No, number four does not count.

Well, don't just sit there. Pick one. Please. After all, I cannot post the Meet n' Greet until all votes are counted.

The All About You Test

Please read the instructions carefully! You are about to take another weekly All About You Test.

The Instructions:

Take your time for the test and try to answer as many questions as possible. You are going to be asked 5 questions. Please look at a clock and time how long it takes you. You should not need loner than 30 minutes. If you need longer, please consider learning more about yourself.

After you completed the 5 questions, you have finished the test and you may leave the comment section testing area. But please remember: these on-line "all about you" tests can never be as accurate as tests supervised by trained professionals.

We from All-things-Michele hope you have fun with the test.

Good Luck and best wishes!

The Daily Question From A Blogfriend

Write from Karen wants to know....

What do you wish you were better at saying "no" to?

Another Question from a Blogfriend

This question was asked in the Answer and Ask Comment Game

Finn wants to know.....

Where's the first place you head when you go to the mall?

Two Words, One Sentence

Oh, what a lovely word you have. Oh my, you have two lovely words. Which two words? Well, the decision is yours of course.

The object of this game is to take any two words and and use them in a sentence.  However, you will not create a sentence from your words. Instead you will create a sentence using the two words that the person who commented above you offered. Then, and only then, do you leave two words for the next person.

Sound fun? Of course it does. If it does not sound fun then you are not imagining fun words.
Please note that the words can be separated within the sentence but both words must be used in the same sentence.

Words for the first person playing:

yearning   octopus

The Ten Letters Game

It is that magical time again. That time when all the letters of the alphabet get to be placed in a pretty row for one of my comment games. Yes, I will pause while you clap your hands in glee. Okay, stop clapping dammit you are holding up the game. Now,what is the current alphabet theme? Ten letter words. Yes, it is time to show off your big word collection.

So, in the spirit of alphabet games may I suggest that we create a list of ten letter words, put in alphabetical order of course.

Now begin with the letter A, the next person does B and so on.....

Yes, you can return to play again, after all, there are many ten letter words, correct?
