God, of course.

My birth mother and father for their DNA.

My adoptive mom and dad for their love and care.

Ivy

My Friend Tracy for putting up with my crap..

The person who screwed me over for most of my life because they helped mold me into what I am now(how ironic...)

And my kids.

Destiny Anne

God, of course. my parents, of course. and all of the little people who nominated me.

Beth

Hi Leanne! :-D

My mother, who raised me to be strong and confident.

My daughter, who has made me the happiest person on earth.

God, for everything, good and bad--maybe especially the "bad," because of what you gain by overcoming it.

Cecilia

My Dad.
My Mom.
All those who've broken my heart and provided a lifetime of disappointment and scars. --- Because I've stood those tests and I can say I am a better person now. (may sound corny but it's oh so true!)

Rockchild

I would like to thank my mom for giving birth to me in our house instead of in the woods where my dad found her.

I would like to thank my dad for finding mom in the woods, hitting her in the head with a rock, and bringing her home tied to his car, because I wouldn't be typing this comment today, I think.

I would like to thank my big brother for all the advice he gives me, but I hate it when he gives me hard newgys to my head, which don't feel to good, because it hurts as I know.

I like to thank my friend Alice for showing me what a Beaver looks like when she gives me a beaver face, because she really looks like one with those big teeth of hers. I wonder if she ever ate wood.

I also like to thank my grandma for being so nice and not coming around that much because she stinks, but I love her.

Rockchild

I almost forgot, I also like to thank my baby sister for making me laugh, like the time she made my grandma think her poop was Nutella, so grandma ate some, and I threw up!

I like to thank Nadia for getting her butt fix again, because she hasn"t farted in a long time.

Last I would like to thank my hamster Duckie for Being my friend, Duckie is always there for me when I was feeling down because his cage is in my room. Duckie always helped me out when I had writers block, he jumped off my keyboard. I love my hamster Duckie alot, and I know Duckie loves me, because he is smiling.

My grandmother, my father (oddly enough), and my childhood friend Andrew who died of AIDS at age 30. He was creative and flamboyant even as a boy, and opened my world up to the arts and the city and things I never would have experienced otherwise.

Michelle

1. My mom and dad (they always count as one)My mom for instilling compassion and caring for others in me as well as a strong sense of family. My dad for instilling those things in me plus a great sense of business acumen and work ethic.

2. My husband for his optimisim and strength that he allows me to lean on when the days are just to crappy.

3. Dr. Kolodney who operated on me when I was 3 to remove cancer (and my kidney) saving my life so I could go on to be the "Most Awesome Person in the Universe"

my hubby
my beautiful baby boy
my best friend, Sarah

Mamacita

I am so NOT awesome in any way. It would never happen. Sigh.

Shannin

My husband for his constant support, encouragement and love.

My parents and their partners for showing me compassion, love, morals and strength.

My dogs for loving me unconditionally and making me feel compassion and love I didn't know I had in me.

kenju

Mamacita, you are TOO awesome! You are an excellent writer, and I am sure you are an excellent teacher. I know you are a good mother, so what's not awesome about you???

MorahMommy

This is easy to answer, but it would have to be four people:

My husband
My 2 sons
my daughter
