There are many wonderfully romantic reasons to stay in bed for an entire weekend, because of severe back pain, is not one of those romantic reasons. Sadly, that is exactly why I have have been in bed for the past two days. Please tell me that you miss me. Please offer a heart-warmin aww.
You did not even notice my absence, did you?
If my posts and my e-mail replies seem a little sporadic over the next day or two it is because I am in bed. Well, unless of course I am readin your messaes of aww.
Did you know that readin in bed is wonderful? Unless, of course, you have no other option?
I shall report back very soon. Now please, pretend that you are missin me.
I have a bad back, too, and I sympathize. Hope you are feeling better soon!

We SHALL miss you, Michele. Back pain is no fun; I know this from first-hand experience with it. Please take care and stay still as long as it takes to make you feel better.

Aaaaaaawwwwwww. Very sorry to hear about the back pain, Michele. I do hope you get better soon. And while staying in bed all weekend due to back pain isn't very romantic, hopefully the back pain was a result of some romantic activity. lol

Awww. I've missed you terribly. Feel better.

Of course we have missed you! How could you think otherwise??
Back pain is the worst, I hope you feel better soon.

Awww!
I noticed you were hardly posting at all.
Me either; I have been suffering from a pain in my neck.
Here, have a Vicodin.

What is this "pretend" of which you speak? There is no pretend. I miss you and I hope you're feeling better soon. Need any pain pills? Jerry's Kids always have great pain pills. . . .

Aww.. :( I seriously miss you! Your site is my daily entertainment.

Awww. Remember-- 20 minutes of heat, then 20 minutes of cold. And use those anti-inflammatories!
I hope you feel better soon:-)

Nothing worse than being sick in bed. I would even rather work. Hope you feel better soon.
Posted by: Bubblehead | June 27, 2005 at 12:52 AM
I feel your pain...literally. My back has hurt for years. ThermaCare back patches can be your best friend. So can a tempurPedic bed, but only after it's been broken in...
Now, a great big AWWWWWWWWWWWWW because I do know how it feels.
Want a piece of cake? I made it to celebreate 3 years post-surgery, and I'm willing to share. Cake makes everything better...

Hope your back get's better soon - is there anything we can do? Fresh water? Clean sheets? A light snack? We all miss you!

Awwwwwwww, poor poor Michele. I get this too, I find the best help comes from a qualified osteopath. Don't know if you've ever tried one, but if not, I recommend it. Hope you're bouncing around again very soon.

I hope Mr. Wonderful is there looking after you, because when you are stuck in bed you really need someone to look after you.
Reading in bed is lovely. I enjoy reading in bed, especially when you aren't well enough to get out of bed.
We are missing you and hope you are back (back, geddit?) feeling 100% very soon.

Sending you tons of healing energy, Michele. Boy, do we ever miss you! Take care of youself.

No pretending to it lady. I do miss you. Tak care of you... that always comes first... and maybe those wonderful doctors will come up to see you in order to make you more comfortable with a few gourmet meals and serving you tea and crumpets in bed. ;-)

I would offer you some fake sympathy but when I went to the cupboard to get it I found I had some real sympathy left and it's use by date is fast approaching! So here it is:
awww, I'm so sorry to hear about your back. I really hope you'll be feeling better soon. The people around here would be lost without you!
Posted by: MrDan | June 27, 2005 at 04:25 AM
Definitely a big AWWWWWWWWWWW from another fellow sufferer. I was fortunate enough to see my osteopath this weekend so I'm feeling good again for the moment, but I've been there and done that with the days in bed, so lots of sympathy from here.

Awww! Oh goodness - nothing worse than back pain. Take it easy Michele. Do you have a moist heating pad? Great for back pain. I hope Mr. W is waiting on you hand & foot!

Awwwww... feel better Michele! (hugs) I don't have to pretend that I'm missing you!
P.S. I changed URLs. :) I'm no longer a Blogspot girl!

Well, that sucks! I'm home today because of the very same reason. I hope you feel better, and soon!
(Although now, at least, I understand that feeling that the entire thread of the blogosphere was starting to unravel.)

I thought there was a little less sunshine in the blogosphere lately, but I thought that maybe you were busy having a fabulous time in the real world. I'm so sorry to hear you are in pain. Attached to this comment are some healing vibes that I hope will do the trick!
*hugs*

~AWWWW, Sorry you're feeling bad Michele. I was just with a friend this weekend who's had terrible back pain and you've reminded me, I have to call her and make sure she calls a chiropractor. She's been walking around with it for weeks. I hope you get some relief pronto, it's a miserable miserable thing.

Hurt back? How about eewww instead of awww.. Hurt back is bad. Take care of yourself first and you'll be missed but I know first hand how important it is to take care of your back. So.. rest first. Come back later.

Awwww....
I really am sorry to hear that you're laid out with back pain. I sympathize - I've gone through it myself. Get better soon!
You make the internet a much cheerier and friendlier place to visit.

Prayers going up for your healing. I sympthize! My hubby was out for days recently - had a slipped disc. It is AWFUL to be in back pain. Life seems so different!! Of course you are missed! So many love and admire your blog and get their daily dose from you. What a blessing you are to others! (P.S. I have linked you for that reason!).
Keep your back flat, knees up resting on something (legs in an L shape with thighs at 90 degrees to hips, lower legs at 90 degrees to thighs) which helps take the pressure off and allow resting of the spine (the therapist in me must share :-) )
Also, check out my post some time and send people you know who have kids. I got note from a friend about new drugs for kids and posted his email.
Blessings and speedy relief!

Of course we miss you! I sometimes wonder how many people are on the 'Michele' staff because you get so much done here...sorry you are in bed, but it's nice to know you are a human being too! LOL!
(Take care of yourself!)

Awwwww! I do hope you are feelin' better soon!
I agree with whomever mentioned back patches - they do feel good.
I blogrolled you a while ago - incase you weren't aware :) Maybe you'll blogroll me when you feel better so I can be involved in the alaphabetical blogroll comment game *Grin*
Wishin' you back on your toes so you can post in bed because you want too vs. because you have to ;)

Awww! Isn't it something when you're forced to do the thing you normally wouldn't mind doing, and it suddenly becomes unbearable? (reading in bed, that is.)
Here's hoping the back improves soon!
