That counts as three right? :)

Ha-ha! I said a tiny something about "work" over at my place today!

1. Works well alone.
2. Is knowledgeable about the State laws of required break times.
3. Observes the "no overtime" rule very well.

I am creative. I am open-minded. I am fearless! (uh, you may have noticed nothing like 'organized' or 'finishes the job' made it on my list. sigh.)

I work well with others but can work alone with little direction. I am knowledgeable about my position and strive to educate myself continually. I am responsible and dependable.

Okay - I don't work now, but I used to be a daycare director and I would hope that's what they would say about me :)

-tanya's enthusiasm is contagious and contributes very positively to the overall work environment.

-tanya always gives 110% and is recognized as a team player and valuable asset.

-tanya is, in a word, fabulous!

Oh yuck! I have to write reviews all the time at work. Like, tons of them. I'm the Queen of Reviews. I've demanded a tiara but haven't gotten it yet.

I don't think I wanna write my own review! I'm reviewed out. :)

1. Incredibly patient and calm, except when she is not.
2. Great at marketing things to three year olds.
3. Excellent tickler.

1. Deserves a raise
2. Deserves a promotion
3. Deserves chocolate covered digestives with her elevenses.

...actually can I change #1 to a "ruddy huge raise"?

tries hard, but has not mastered organizational skills
does not work well with others (although playtime) is not a problem
should appear in the dictionary next to "thinks outside the box" how do we get her back in?

Maybe you prefer the evaluation over review because it sounds like valuing .. maybe?

Needs to be more of a team player.
Keeps staff entertained for hours.
Stop wasting company time with non-related matters.

I too am self-employed!!

I am with Tammy on this one. I have 17 staff to manage - and I get to review them every year. It is absolutely energy-sapping and I have no energy left to write my own review! :)

1. Fabulous, sweetie!
2. Mixes well with others.
3. Can spell.

Nothing. I would have fired myself for sexual harassment months (maybe years) ago.

Who?
Oh, him!
He still works here?

Able to meet deadlines

Very analytical

I'm self-employed too, and I would write everything you wrote about yourself and more, Michele, plus it is all too true!

Entirely too competent. Needs to seek better employment. Perhaps a degree as well.... (Can you tell I hate my job??)

1. is organized to the point of it being annoying to others
2. has a tremendous amount of patiences with Asshat Customers
3. hides her social anxiety issues well, as co-workers think she is a confident, irritatingly chatty and bubbly individual.
